The One Piece Illustration Box Vol. 4 (IB-04) combines four English-language booster packs with two exclusive promo cards featuring special artwork. The box contains 1 booster pack from OP08 Two Legends, 1 booster pack from OP11 A Fist of Divine Speed, and 2 booster packs from OP12 Legacy of the Master. You’re also guaranteed to receive two special Alt Art promo cards: Dracule Mihawk ST12-003 and Perona OP09-034. Each booster pack contains 12 random cards, giving you a total of four chances—in addition to the guaranteed promos—to get Rares, Super Rares, Secret Rares, Alternate Arts, and other special cards from the three different expansions.
For collectors, Illustration Box Vol. 4 gives the Mihawk and Perona combination, in particular, a distinctive identity of its own. The two exclusive promo cards are guaranteed to be included and are complemented by boosters from three different generations of the One Piece Card Game. OP08 features Silvers Rayleigh as a key chase card, while OP11 and OP12 contain entirely different card pools, Leaders, and Alternate Arts. The box was released on August 22, 2025, and is the fourth installment in the Illustration Box series. This makes IB-04 worth opening for its various boosters, but also attractive to collect fully sealed alongside Vol. 1, Vol. 2, and Vol. 3.
