PSA Grading Service

First of all, the cards must be properly prepared for shipment to PSA. They must then be delivered to us before we can send them to PSA. All types of Trading Card Game cards and stickers that are PSA-grade can be submitted.
Throughout the entire process, you will receive updates via email as soon as there is a change in the status of your cards.

Prepare the desired card for shipping

To submit the cards, please place them in a Penny Sleeve and then in a Card Saver. These products can be purchased both in-store and online.

Deliver or Ship to Flash-Cards

You can do this by dropping off the cards at our office (during our business hours) or by mailing them to:

It is very important that you include the PSA form containing your information. This PSA form is required for insurance purposes and so that we can contact you at any time.

Information about the form: In the last column, you must enter the “Raw” value that applies at that time.

PSA Payment

Grading fees must be paid in advance. Payment can be made when you drop off the cards at the store or when you mail them, using the account number listed on the PSA form. Any fees are always charged at the end to avoid misunderstandings.

Verification and Acknowledgment of Receipt by Flash-Cards

As soon as we receive your cards, we’ll notify you by email as soon as possible (usually within 1–5 business days). The email will include more information and details about which shipment your cards have been assigned to. From that point on, your cards are also insured. This coverage remains in effect until the cards are returned to you after grading.

Your cards will then be sent to PSA with the next shipment.

Once the cards arrive at PSA and are registered, the waiting period for registration begins (you can find the current waiting period in the price list).

Return and Inspection of PSA Slabs at Flash-Cards

Once they are returned to Flash-Cards after the grading process, we will inspect the PSA Slabs and prepare them for shipment based on your submission. We will then contact you regarding the next steps for shipping them to you and any applicable fees.

What is the deadline? 

This is the last day on which cards will be accepted for that specific shipment of the month. However, the shipment will not take place until the following week. This is because everything has to be entered manually.

Shipping Costs

The only shipping costs charged are for the flashcards sent to you if you decide to have them mailed after grading. This amounts to 12.5 euros. The package is then insured up to 500 euros and includes tracking. You can request a higher insurance amount, but this is not the standard option.

Type of Insurance

If a card (or cards) is lost (in raw condition), the raw value of the card in the specific tier in which it was submitted will be refunded. This means that if a card was submitted in bulk, a maximum of 200 euros can be refunded. This applies to each specific tier; these are all listed on the PSA Grading Service & Beckett Grading Service page.

In the event of loss of the card(s) (in graded condition), the value will be refunded; however, this amount cannot exceed the maximum value at which the card was sent to PSA.
