The Pokémon Double Crisis Booster Pack is a special mini-expansion within the XY series that revolves entirely around the legendary rivalry between Team Aqua and Team Magma. Unlike regular Pokémon expansions, Double Crisis consists of a compact set in which all cards tie into the story of both villainous teams. The absolute highlights are Team Aqua’s Kyogre EX, Team Magma’s Groudon EX, Primal Kyogre EX, and Primal Groudon EX, complemented by Team Aqua and Team Magma Trainers released exclusively for this expansion.
An original, sealed Pokémon Double Crisis Booster Pack is now a highly sought-after collectible due to the set’s limited print run and unique nature. The booster packs were available exclusively through the special Double Crisis Collection, making individual, unopened booster packs significantly rarer than regular XY releases. Thanks to its exclusive Team Aqua and Team Magma theme, impressive EX cards, and strong connection to the Hoenn region, the Pokémon Double Crisis Booster Pack is a special addition to any Pokémon TCG collection.
